Description	:	Shirley Rose (Krasselt) Holbrook of Moscow passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the age of 72 in Burley, Idaho. Shirley was born on Oct. 12, 1943, and was raised in Potlatch, Idaho, on Rock Creek Road where she rode horses and milked cows. She married Clive Luman and together they had five children and later divorced. She then met Larry Holbrook, and they married in 1980. Through the years she worked at Moscow Steam Laundry, GTE as a telephone operator, The Pantry, The Nobby Inn and at Wal-Mart. A big smile and a pot of coffee in one... Shirley was born on Oct. 12, 1943, and was raised in Potlatch, Idaho, on Rock Creek Road where she rode horses and milked cows. She married Clive Luman and together they had five children and later divorced. She then met Larry Holbrook, and they married in 1980. Through the years she worked at Moscow Steam Laundry, GTE as a telephone operator, The Pantry, The Nobby Inn and at Wal-Mart. A big smile and a pot of coffee in one hand, she worked on and off for over 15 years as a waitress at Mark 4 where many people knew her well. She enjoyed working with people, her family, her girlfriends, bingo, crocheting, reading and spending time at the casino with her husband Larry. In her younger years she loved to dance, and she loved good country western music. She especially enjoyed her miniature poodles, Heather and Tiger. Survivors names omitted per findagrave policy. She is preceded in death by her son, Chad Luman, and her parents, Homer and Dorothy Krasselt. In her last few years, visits from those she loved meant the most to her, especially from her husband, children and her mother-in-law, Edna Holbrook of Moscow, sister-in-law Rosanne Manley and husband Bill, brother-in-law Kirby Holbrook and wife Elva, and brother-in-law Gary Holbrook and wife Maggie, who both preceded her in death, along with other family and friends who came to visit. Cremation has taken place and she will be interred at a later time in Palouse. Moscow Pullman Daily News May 7, 2016
