She was born July 17, 1916, in Henry County, the daughter of Frank R. and Mary Ann Martin McDorman. On Dec. 30, 1936, she married Pearl M. Henessee in Princeton, Ill. She was a longtime resident of Henry County. She taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for many years at First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant and was a psychiatric aide at MHI. She was born July 17, 1916, in Henry County, the daughter of Frank R. and Mary Ann Martin McDorman. On Dec. 30, 1936, she married Pearl M. Henessee in Princeton, Ill. She was a longtime resident of Henry County. She taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for many years at First Baptist Church of Mount Pleasant and was a psychiatric aide at MHI. She was a member of Harmony Bible Church. She is survived by her husband, one son, David M. Henessee of Mount Pleasant; four daughters, Mary R. Hunting of Mount Pleasant, Ruth N. Fobes, Colorado Springs, Colo., Lois Schmidt, Grantsberg, Wis., and Linda J. Perry, Evergreen, Colo.; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and her parents. Friends may call as they wish beginning at noon Friday at Beatty Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, where the family will receive visitors from 7 to 830 p.m. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Forest Home Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. J. Edward Davis officiating, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at Harmony Bible Church, Danville. Interment will in Forest Home Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Harmony Bible Church.
