Susan Ann Reifsneider was born in Northumberland county, Pennsylvania, March 21, 1851, and died at Cherokee, Iowa, May 6, 1922, at the age of 71 years, one month, and 16 days. "In 1878 she was married to Charles Brown. She came to Cherokee county in 1871, and there settled on a farm in Pitcher township. To this union were born three children: Francis E., who liveos in Traer, Iowa, Mary Eva Wilson, living on the farm in Pitcher, and William Clarence who died in infancy. ... Susan Ann Reifsneider was born in Northumberland county, Pennsylvania, March 21, 1851, and died at Cherokee, Iowa, May 6, 1922, at the age of 71 years, one month, and 16 days. "On October 6th she was united in marriage to Mr. James A. Will of Silver township. They made their home in Silver until the death of Mr. Will, which was in 1909. To this union one daughter, Mrs. Grace McGregor, was born. "Mrs. Will was a good Christian woman and a willing and faithful worker in all church circles. After coming to Iowa, she united with the Good Hope Methodist Church, and upon moving to Quimby, she transferred her membership to the M. E. church of that place. "Besides the immediate family, Mrs. Will leaves fourteen grandchildren, five step children, one brother, living in Pennsylvania, and a host of friends to mourn her departure."
