| Description | : | Stella was born in 1858 to Benjamin and Harriet Bledsoe Eaves. She was the youngest of their five known children. In 1889 she married Richard Glenn Ayscue in Liberty Christian Church. She had three children with him, none of whom survived to adulthood. She took into her home her niece Cassie Ayscue, who was the daughter of her husband Richard and her sister Laura, and raised her from childhood.
