Description	:	Susie Aimee Flerchinger, a certified nursing aide, died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Medi cal Center at Lewiston of pneumonia. She was 69. The daughter of Lewis M. and Susie Hopwood Wade, she was born Nov. 30, 1920, on the family farm near Pomeroy. She attended the New Century Country School at Mayview, Wash., and later attended Pomeroy High School. On Nov. 5, 1937, she and Orville E. Start were married at Pomeroy. She worked as a bookkeeper during World War II at Montgomery Ward at Lewiston and later as a bookkeeper at the Shell gasoline station... Read More	Susie Aimee Flerchinger, a certified nursing aide, died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Medi cal Center at Lewiston of pneumonia. She was 69. The daughter of Lewis M. and Susie Hopwood Wade, she was born Nov. 30, 1920, on the family farm near Pomeroy. She attended the New Century Country School at Mayview, Wash., and later attended Pomeroy High School. On Nov. 5, 1937, she and Orville E. Start were married at Pomeroy. She worked as a bookkeeper during World War II at Montgomery Ward at Lewiston and later as a bookkeeper at the Shell gasoline station at Pomeroy, which was operated by her husband. He died in May 1949. She and Francis S. Flerchinger were married Sept. 6, 1952, at Clarkston. They lived at Pomeroy and she worked as a certified nursing aide at Memory Manor Nursing Home at Pomeroy from 1978 until earlier this year. Mrs. Flerchinger was a communicant of Holy Rosary Catholic Church at Pomeroy and was a member of the Holy Rosary Altar Society. She had been a Cub Scout den mother and enjoyed needlecraft, camping and vacationing at Lake Chatcolet and Lake Benewah in Idaho. She was active in the Mayview Grange. Survivors include her husband of Pomeroy; two sons, two daughters, two sisters, a brother, and five grandchildren. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 tonight and funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, both at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The Rev. Michael Mc Keirnan will officiate. Burial will be at the church cemetery. The family suggests any memorials be contributions to the Memory Manor Roof Project, in care of Muriel Bott, Pomeroy, Wash., 99347.
