Description	:	Services were held from the First Baptist church in Kenmare Monday afternoon, for Mrs. Stephen (Susie) O’Fallon, 89, longtime resident of the Services were held from the community, who succumbed Saturday, at a nursing center in Minot. The Rev. Douglas McCormack officiated. Mrs. LeRoy Nelson was organist and Mrs. McCormack and Mrs. J. L. Carlson, vocalists. Bearers were Edward R. Nelson, Otto E. Carlson, C. D. Anderson, Reuben Duerre, Leslie Duerre and C. D. Dickerson. Interment was made in Lakeview Cemetery. The Ringen Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Born at Hutchinson, Minn. April 2, 1877, the former Susie Haines was married to Stephen O’Fallon at Hutchinson, Sept. 9, 1903. They homesteaded in Roosevelt Township, near Tolley and farmed for many years. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Otto E. (Maude) Nelson, of Kenmare, seven grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband in August 1957, and a son, S. Carlos O’Fallon, in 1963. Mrs. O’Fallon was one of the first residents at the Baptist Home in Kenmare, when it was opened She was a member of the Baptist church.
