Description	:	Mrs. Susie Helmuth, 79, 114 Krider Drive, Middlebury, died at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday in Crystal Valley Manor, Middlebury. She was ill five weeks. Born Oct. 16, 1910, in Howard County, she lived most of her lifetime in the Middlebury-Millersburg area. On Oct. 29, 1929, she married David Troyer. He died July 25, 1949. On May 29, 1963, she married Issac J. Helmuth. He died May 12, 1973. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elmer (Marie) Mast and Mrs. Ottis (Anna Mae) Mast, both of Macon, Miss., and Mrs. Melvin (Edna) Shetler, Goshen; four sons, LeRoy Troyer and Harley Troyer, both of Goshen, and David Troyer Jr. and Edwin Troyer, both of Middlebury; two stepdaughters, Bessie Miller, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mattie Frey, Goshen; three stepsons, John Helmuth, Wolcottville, Melvin, Vista, Calif., and Ruben, Shipshewana; 37 grandchildren; 24 step-grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 38 stepgreat-grandchildren; seven sisters, Kate Troyer, Shipshewana, Dora Bender and Mrs. Eli (Lydia) Hershberger, both of Middlebury, Mrs. Amos (Anna) Graber and Mrs. Levi (Mary) Kauffman, both of Arthur, Ill., Mrs. Joe (Esther) Schmucker, Nappanee, and Mrs. Alvin (Amanda) Yoder, Millersburg; and two brothers, Pete Miller, Goshen, and Ezra Miller, White Pigeon, Mich. She was preceded in death by two sons, Harvey and Melvin, three sisters and two grandchildren. She was a homemaker and member of Fairhaven Amish-Mennonite Church. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Fairhaven Amish-Mennonite Church on Ind. 4 east of Goshen. The Rev. Neal Beachy and the Rev. Mose Gingerich will officiate at the service.
