Sylvia is survived by: children, Alan "Lumpy" (wife Diane) Sedlacek of Spencer, Nebraska, Carol (husband Richard) Driscoll of Fort Worth, Texas, Lawrence (wife Jane) Sedlacek of Spencer, Nebraska and Paul (wife Debra) Sedlacek of Pierce, Nebraska; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Sylvia was preceded in death by: husband of 70 years, Erwin C. Sedlacek, on June 29, 2010; parents, Frank and Rose Plouzek; sister, Irene Cizek and grandson, Jason Lee Sedlacek. Burial was in National Cemetery, Spencer, Nebraska.
