Description	:	Ted Travers, 56, of Fullerton died Wednesday at Omaha hospital after an auto accident Monday in Columbus. Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at United Methodist Church in Fullerton. The Rev. Lisle Mewmaw will officiate. Burial will be in Fullerton Cemetery. Mr. Travers was born Oct. 30, 1927, at St. Paul, the son of Brian and Lillian Hawthorne Travers. Mr. Travers was born Oct. 30, 1927, at St. Paul, the son of Brian and Lillian Hawthorne Travers. When he was a child they moved to Nancy County, where he grew up and received his education. He was a veteran of World War II. On May 2, 1948, he married Lois Appleby at Omaha. They farmed north of Fullerton, and for he past several years he also worked at the Behlen factory in Columbus. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Fullerton. Survivors include his widow; three sons, Terry of Omaha, Matthew of Jeffersonville, ind., and Timothy at home; three daughters, Mrs. James (Anna) McIntosh of St. Edward, Mrs. Karl (Jane) Dailey) of Chadron and Mrs. Louis (Holly) Zimmer of Fullerton; his mother Mrs. C.E. (Lillian Rodwell of Council Bluffs, Iowa; a sister Mrs. Harlow (Marjorie) Meyer of Ithaca, and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter and his father.
