Terri Ann Burroughs Pugh was born on March 30, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Charles and Joann Grant-Burroughs. On December 23, 1990, Terri was united in marriage to Mike L. Pugh in Columbus Junction, Iowa. For many years Terri was affiliated with the ministry of Ed Meyers. She enjoyed her Harley-Davidson and was a member of the H.O.G. Chapter. Terri was the business owner of Terris's in Muscatine since 1973. She and her husband, Mike owned and operated the Oasis in Columbus Junction from 1990 through January of 2006. Terri sponsored many local dirt track races and L-VIS Entertainment. In the past she also enjoyed barrel, pole and flag equestrian competitions. Terri will be deeply missed by her husband, Mike; one step-son, Nick Pugh of Fruitland; one step-daughter, Salina Pugh of Iowa City; her mother, Joann Burroughs of Muscatine; one brother, Charles R. Burroughs and his wife, Sara of Letts; and one sister Renee Burroughs-Teitsworth and her husband, Robert of Muscatine. She was preceded in death by her father. Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services --------------- Cremated -Ashes given to family; although the obituary states Rochester cemetery as the place of inurnment, it is highly likely that she is at rest at Mt. Zion with her parents, and an error was made in her obit.
