Born November 25, 1923, in Ware Shoals, SC, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Leona Graham Morrison, and the wife of the late Lawrence W. Bishop Jr. She was a retired seamstress, and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include; two sons, Michael W. Bishop and his wife Nancy of Boiling Springs, and Dennis Bishop and his wife Betty Sue of Spartanburg; two daughters, Renae O'Shields and her husband Johnny of Pauline, and Donna Laster of Roebuck; a granddaughter, Kimbrell Jackson; four grandsons, Marty Bishop, Matthew Bishop, Mike O'Shields, and Jacob Stanton; and a great-granddaughter, Savannae Bishop. She was predeceased by three sisters and five brothers. Visitation will be 2:00-2:45 PM Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM at the Chapel conducted by the Rev. Tyler Kirby. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 110 Dillon Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The family is at their respective homes.
