Thelma was a Baptist by faith, retired with 27 years of service in the Plainview High School Cafeteria, a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grand -mother and friend. She also loved to fish and her cattle. Her parents, Sol and Cleo Ware precedes her in death.She leaves behind her loving family to cherish her memories, her husband, Ray West of Pitkin; three sons, Farrell West of Deridder, Wendell West and Preston West both of the Plainview Community; one daughter, Callie West of Pineville; three brothers, Leman Ware of Oberlin, Elvin Ware of Bond and Delmer Ware of Oakdale; two sisters, Clara Rodriguez of Plainview Community and Ethel Sweat of Oakdale; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be Jason West, Shaun West, Preston West, Quinton West, Clayton West and Tristin Doyle.
