| Description | : | Theo L. Damuth, retired Logan and Manhattan rancher, died of an apparent heart condition while fishing in the Gallatin River at Logan Friday afternoon. Dr. Carl W. Hammer, coroner, said Damuth, 74, suffered a heart attack and collapsed on a gravel bar in about 4 inches of water. Damuth was fishing just north of Logan. Damuth was born Feb. 4, 1886, at Villisca, Iowa, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Damuth. He was married to Jennie Gourley at Red Oak, Iowa, on July 17, 1911.
