Description	:	Jennie Gourley Damuth, 83, died Saturday at the Bozeman Convalescent Home. She was born October 10, 1888, in Vallisca, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lehman Gourley. She married Theo Damuth at Vallisca in 1911 and moved to Montana. They ranched from 1914 to 1945 in the Horseshoe Hills north of Logan. They then moved to Manhattan where Mrs. Damuth had lived until her death. Her husband, son Leo, and one brother and sister preceded her in death. Read More	Jennie Gourley Damuth, 83, died Saturday at the Bozeman Convalescent Home. She was born October 10, 1888, in Vallisca, Iowa, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lehman Gourley. She married Theo Damuth at Vallisca in 1911 and moved to Montana. They ranched from 1914 to 1945 in the Horseshoe Hills north of Logan. They then moved to Manhattan where Mrs. Damuth had lived until her death. Her husband, son Leo, and one brother and sister preceded her in death. She was a member of Sweet Briar Chapter 49 of the Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include one son, Hal of Logan; one brother, Manford of Topeka, Kansas; one sister, Cora Pace of Sarosota, Florida; two nieces, Helen Stevenson of Yakima, Washington, and Harriet Estes of Seattle, Washington; eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
