Read More	Suggested edit: Obituary published in Manchester Press on Thursday, January 4, 1940 Title: Theodore Bandy Dies Suddenly near Dundee Theodore Frederick Bandy, son of John and Elizabeth Bandy, was born Dec. 3, 1882, near Dundee, Ia., and died Dec. 30, 1939, at the age of 57 years and 27 days. His entire life was spent in Delaware county. Mr. Bandy suffered a heart attack in the early spring, from which he partially recovered. Although not in the best of health he was still able to carry on. The day of his death he had gone to the home of his brother, John, where he suffered another attack and before help could be summoned he had passed away. On Feb. 19, 1913, he was united in marriage to Miss Emma Walker in Prairiesburg, Iowa. Three children were born to this union, one son, John, and twin girls, Ethel and Edith. He was preceded in death by his son on Jan. 27, 1925, and also his father. Those who survive are his wife and daughters, mother, two brothers, John and Will, and one sister, Mrs. Frank Hoffman, all of this vicinity. He was a good neighbor and will not only be missed by his relatives and family, but by his neighbors, where he spent so many years. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Methodist church with Rev. E. A. Anderson officiating. Burial was made in the Spring Hill cemetery. Contributor: (48278241)
