He is preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life, Linda Dowler; sisters, Margie Farris, Lucille Watson, and Betty Ault; brothers-in-law, Bob Ault and Tom Wright, nephews, Little Ronnie Watson and Dave Ramsey. He is preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life, Linda Dowler; sisters, Margie Farris, Lucille Watson, and Betty Ault; brothers-in-law, Bob Ault and Tom Wright, nephews, Little Ronnie Watson and Dave Ramsey. He is survived by children, Kathy, Jimmy, and Tina; grandchildren, Paige and Michael, Byron “Timmy”, Sarah, Madison, Jake, and Lydia (Ben); great-grandchildren, Audrey and Evie; step-children, Teresa (Tim), Karen (Roger), Jim (Myra), and Butch (Kathy); step grandchildren, Kaydee (Donnie), Kyle, Zach, Amy (Morgan), Jonathan, Megan (Brian), Colleen, and Hannah; step-great-grandchildren, Carter, Kylynn, Kaden, and Harper. Also surviving are siblings, Mary (Hubert), Sharon, Bill (Flo), Milton (Barb), and Kenny (Donna); and brother-in-law, Ron; many beloved nieces and nephews. Tom was a 1957 graduate of Hamilton Township High School. He started his career when he was 15 years old with Big Bear Stores. Tom continued his career with IGA and finally retiring from Save-A-Lot Stores after a 45 year career in the grocery business. Tom would always tell you he was an “Old Grocery Man”. The family will receive friends February 18 at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, with funeral and graveside services following at Obetz Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Hamilton Township Boosters in Tom’s name.
