Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Helen Kapsch, New London; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. There will be no visitation. The service for Mr. Martin will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Elliot Chapel, New London, with Elder Earl Humphrey officiating. Burial at Brooks Cemetery, near New London. A memorial has been established for the Danville Rescue Squad.
