Pleasant; six children, Timothy Millard, Fairfield; and Robin Gholson, Tony Millard, Rita Kitto, Todd Millard and Thad Millard, all of Mt. Pleasant; 16 granchildren, two brothers, Maurice, Mt. Pleasant, and Frederick, Birmingham, Iowa; and one step brother; Bud Crawford of Mt. Pleasant. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Ira and Mahlon. Visitation was held Monday, June 28, Beatty Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, at the First Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant, with Revs. Knox Bullock and Jesse Brown officiating. Interment was in the Oakland Mills Cemetery.
