| Description | : | Born in Boleskine, Inverness-shire, Scotland, Thomas, left Scotland at the age of 16, when he joined the 42nd Highland Regiment (Black Watch) serving as a Corporal during the American Revolution. In 1783, he accompanied the discharged regiment to New Brunswick, Canada and settled on the Nashwaak where he received lots 121, 211 of the Campbell Grant. Thomas had a brother John Fraser, he also joined the 42nd Highland Regiment, Black Watch on February 12, 1767 and served during the American Revolutionary War.
