Description	:	DIED - at his mother's home (Mary Craig Askren) in Goshen on the 31st day of May, 1883, Thos. N. Askren, aged 33 years. Mr. Askren was born in Boone county, Ind. In 1869 he came to Ringgold county where he has made his home with his mother. He was admitted to the bar at the June term of the Supreme court at Des Moines in 1877, since which time he has been engaged in teaching school. Last Christmas he took a severe cold which resulted in consumption, slowly but surely sapping his life-blood away. The funeral services... Read More	DIED - at his mother's home (Mary Craig Askren) in Goshen on the 31st day of May, 1883, Thos. N. Askren, aged 33 years. Mr. Askren was born in Boone county, Ind. Tedford, at the Bethel church Friday, June 1st. He, whose life went out with a hope of future happiness, now sleeps in the cradle of death - that sleep which knows no waking.
