Description	:	Mother: - Father/parent: William Young A very sudden death was reported from Howard yesterday, the deceased being a very old resident named Thomas Young. It appears that he was working near the Queensland Collieries No. 5 pit, when at about 7.50 he suddenly collapsed, and when medical assistance arrived he was pronounced to be dead. The body was subsequently conveyed to Maryborough, where a post mortem examination was held by the Government Medical Officer, Dr. Penny, who found that death was due to natural causes. Mr. Young, who was 56 years of age, had been predeceased by his wife about 12 years, and leaves a grown up family of sons and daughters, namely, Mesdames Clark, Rockhampton ; Voss, Howard ; Doll, Maryborough ; Klupp, Miss Young, Brisbane ; Messrs. James, Robert, and William Young, Yeppoon, and Mr. Thomas Young, Howard.
