Description	:	Theresa (sic) Ostdiek, nee Millmeier, was born in Germany on Setember (sic) 12, 1848 (sic), and passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jos. Buescher near Lawrence on February 9, 1931, aged 82 years, 4 months and 27 days. The husband passed away in October, 1906, and three of their children preceded the mother to the grave. A daughter, Mrs. Kate Kimminau, died about thirty years ago; a son, Gerhart Ostdiek, passed away in 1909; and another son, Frank Ostdiek, departed this life in August, 1929. Fifty-seven grand-children and forty-three great grand children also survive. Funeral services were held last Thursday morning conducted by the pastor, Rev. A. Hahn at St. Stephens church and burial was made in the cemetery at St. Stephens.
