T.M., son of Frank and Eva (Bowles) Stegall, loving husband of Inez Stegall, passed away while surrounded by family after a battle with dementia. T.M. was born on August 31, 1931, in Tipton County, Tennessee. He was raised as part of a large family in the cotton fields of Tennessee and as he grew older, he worked many odd jobs. In his twenties, he settled in Illinois where he started a concrete business. In the next decade of his life he began to work on construction of large buildings. In 1971, he moved to Montana, and became the assistant manager for Koppers Construction. It was in Montana where he met his wife, Inez. They were married on December 4, 1972, and T.M. became an instant stepfather to her six children. He was more than happy to take them on as his own family. From Montana, the family moved to the Grand Coulee area where T.M. worked on the building of the Grand Coulee Dam. They also lived in Kennewick before moving to Prosser, Wash., in 1976 where he worked for FFTF at the Hanford site. In 1992, he retired and moved to Boardman and then Hermiston, Oregon, where he resided until his death. After retirement, he spent many winters traveling to Arizona and Mexico with Inez in their RV. T.M. enjoyed playing cards: primarily pinochle and solitaire. He loved spending time with his family — he was quite the prankster. One of his greatest joys was watching old Western movies and listening to country music shows on RFD-TV. He is survived by his wife, Inez, and six stepchildren that he loved as his own: Corlotta (Brian) Berg of Benton City, Wash.; Franklin Jr. (Carol) Berg of Salem, Ore.; Mark (Darlene) Berg of Prosser, Wash.; Daniel (Vicki) Berg of Prosser, Wash.; Susan Troth of Lincoln, Calif.; and David (Rhonda) Berg of Moses Lake, Wash., as well as 18 grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his brother Wayne of North Carolina, and sisters Lorene (Illinois), Merlene (Tennessee) and Joyce (Illinois). He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers LT, Cecil and Frank Jr.; and his sister Ina Biagioni.Marriage to
