Burial was in the Ashton Cemetery. Mrs. Szydizik died July 8 in the Loup City Hospital. She was born on Feb. 1, 1907, at Ashton to Walter and Anna Topolski Lukasiewicz. She received her education in Sherman county schools. On May, 30, 1942, she and Mike Szydzik were married at San Francisco. The couple resided in California for a while before returning to Ashton where they lived on a farm until they retired...
