Mrs. Harskamp was born Jan. 25,1 910, in the Netherlands, the daughter of Arie and Marie (Van Zanten) Kersbergen. She came to the United States with her family when she was 11 years old. They settled in rural Sioux County, Iowa. She married Ed Harskamp on Dec. 24, 1929, in Ireton. He died Sept. 18, 1995. She was a member of Netherlands Reformed Congregation and Dorcus Society. She loved to send and receive cards and letters. She enjoyed baking and sharing her baked goods. She continued her love of needlework until the last few years. Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Alida and Roger Millikan of Lake Park, Iowa, and Darlene and Carl Millikan of Sibley, Iowa; two sons and their wives, Ed and Jan of Sibley, and Jim and Linda of Sioux Center; 11, grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four great-greatgrandchildren. She also was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jay and Garrett; a sister, Betsy Vreugdenhil; three grandchildren, Barbara Jean Harskamp, Clint James Harskamp and Steven Millikan; and a great-grandson, Stephen Roskam.
