Description	:	Troy Lee McCartney, 26, of Knoxville, Tenn., died Friday, Jan. 21, 1994 at Richmond, Va., as a result of a truck accident. McCartney was born April 30, 1967 in Huron, S.D., to Gene Roy McCartney and Janie McCool Allen. He attended schools in Big Piney, Evanston, and Riverton and graduated from Buffalo High School, Buffalo, with the class of 1985. McCartney was born April 30, 1967 in Huron, S.D., to Gene Roy McCartney and Janie McCool Allen. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Gene and Tina McCartney, of Rock Springs; his mother, Janice McCool Allen of Silverton, Ore.; one brother, Marty of Sioux Falls, S.D.; one sister, Chantel; two half-brothers, Cory and Shawn, and one half-sister, Stephanie, all of Rock Springs; grandparents, William McCool, of St. Lawrence, S.D., and Mary McCartney Goodall, of Miller, S.D.; and many aunts uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by one uncle, Robert McCool, two cousins, his maternal grandmother, Leona McCarl McCool, and his paternal grandfather, Roy Gene McCartney.
