Description	:	From the Crossville Chronicle: Mrs. Tyresia S. Tabor Passes Mrs. Tyresia Stephens Tabor passed away at her home in Crab Orchard Sunday, June 29, after a lingering illness. She was born July 8, 1872, and was united in marriage to Geo. W. Tabor on July 10, 1892. He preceeded her in death on July 14, 1912. Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 2, at the Crab Orchard Methodist Church, with Rev. O. A. Busch and Rev. J. N. Allison officiating. Music was by Dr. H. F. Allison officiating. Music was by Dr. H. F. Lawson, Mr. and Mrs. Linell Tabor, Mrs. Charles Thompson, Mrs. Lester Holloway, Mrs. Charlie Hudson, Miss Mabel Hudson, with Mrs. Busch at the instrument. Songs were "Abide With Me", "God Shall Wipe All Tears Away" and "I Will Sing You a Song". Pallbearers were grandsons: Monroe Black, Lindy Hembree, Ridley Pruitt, George E. Tabor, Texas; Ridley P. Tabor, Akron, Donald Tabor, and Claud A. Tabor. Flower girls were grand-daughters: Mrs. Jean Young, Mrs. Virginia Porter, Mrs. Tyresia Evans, Mrs. Jeanelle Hembree, Mrs. Bonnie Pruitt and Mrs. Nell Black. Interment was at Haley's Grove Cemetery near Crab Orchard. She is survived by five children, Mrs. Ina Black, Houston, Ohio; Mrs. Margaret Miller, South Bend, Ind.; Mrs. Pauline Pruitt, Crossville, and George Tabor, Crab Orchard; 16 grand-children and 22 great grandchildren. Three children preceeded her in death; Albert as a child; Egbert and Mrs. Minnie Hembree in later life. Four brothers, Sanford Stephens, Crossville; Everett Stephens, Hopewell, Va.; John and Floyd Stephens,Crab Orchard; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Smith and Mrs. Mary Barnett, Crossville. Mrs. Tabor accepted Christ as a young girl and lived a consistent Christian life until her death. She was a faithful mother and a friend to all in need.
