She was born August 29, 1932 in Ottumwa to John Marion and Myrtle J. Poncy Breon. She married Ron Chandler and he preceded her in death. A graduate of Ottumwa High School, Uldine and her husband owned and operated Limited Vitality, a health store in Charlottesville, VA for 23 years. Open visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, February 1st at Reece Funeral Home. Graveside services and burial will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 1st at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
