She was born Sept. 13, 1918, in Allerton to LeRoy and Iva Gail Moon. She married Berle Jackson on Nov. 8, 1936, in Ottumwa. She moved to Cedar Rapids from Ottumwa in 1965. She was a member of the Central Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her husband; two sisters, Opal Prusek of Cedar Rapids and Hazel Gee of Ottumwa; a brother, Roy Hoswell of Ottumwa; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Doyle, who died July 15, 1985. The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at her church in Cedar Rapids, the Rev. Raymon Booth officiating. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Shaul Cemetery in Ottumwa. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Friday at the Teahen Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids and after 9 a.m. Saturday at her church. A memorial has been established to the Central Assembly of God Church, 3030 "F" Ave. N.W., Cedar Rapids 52405.
