She has no tombstone. She was living 1920 census Chautauqua Co. Kansas. 3) Mrs. Margaret (Walker) Greenfield, (Nicholas, William, ), on 9 August 1928, in Eureka Springs, Carroll Co. Arkansas, the daughter of Nicholas Walker and Margaret Tennese (Ruhle). She was born 13 September 1864, in Washington Co. Illinois, and died 26 October 1948, at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co. California, aged 84. She is buried next to her second husband Victor Windsor in the McCune Cemetery, McCune, Kansas. Obituary V. E. Windsor Dead, Well Known Resident of McCune Died Monday Afternoon at the Age of 87 Years—Funeral was Held Wednesday Afternoon V. E. Windsor, 87 years old, a resident of McCune since 1928 died at his home Monday afternoon at four o’clock, after being seriously ill several weeks following suffering a stroke. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Methodist church in charge of the Shigley Funeral Home, and burial took place in the McCune Cemetery. Services were conducted by Rev. John S. Jones, and the singers were Rev. and Mrs. Jones, with Miss Freida Wilson, accompanist. Pall bearers were Roy Hankins, Orville McGlathery, Walter Wasem, Delbert White, Forest Harley and Oscar Justice. Victor E. Windsor was born July 23, 1859 in Morgan county Indiana, and moved to Illinois with his parents when he was eleven years old. In 1900 he moved to Pratt, Kansas, and his first wife, Mrs. Josephine Windsor, died in 1906. August 9, 1928 he was married to Mrs. Margaret Greenfield of McCune at Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and they have made their home at McCune since. He was a member of the Baptist Church but during his eighteen years residence in McCune he was always active in the local Methodist Church. He engaged in the insurance business in McCune and kept very active almost to the close of his long life. Besides the widow he is survived by five sons, one daughter and two step-sons. The sons are Vick of Enid, Okla.; Fred of Garber, Oklahoma; W. W. of Pampa, Texas; Roland of Ponca City, Okla.; and Gene of Pampa, Texas. The daughter is Mrs. Geo. Cree of Pampa, Texas, and the step-sons are Robert Greenfield of Ft. Worth, Texas and Walker Greenfield of Wichita. All were here for the funeral, and in addition, Mrs. Fred Windsor, Mr. Cree, Mrs. Gene Windsor, Mrs. Robert Greenfield, and Mrs. Walker Greenfield were here. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Martha Minecke of St. Louis and Mrs. Cora Anderson of Springfield, Illinois, a brother Robert Windsor of Litchfield, Illinois, eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
