Description	:	Victor was born December 30, 1922 and was the oldest living native of Amanda. He was the son of the late Herbert and Mildred (Crites) Young. He served in the U.S. Navy and was an electrician on the USS Enterprise, a.k.a. The Grey Ghost. Victor was a journeyman electrician for over 40 years and was retired from Local #88 in Chillicothe, affiliated with Local #575 in Portsmouth and life member of VFW Post #3331 and D.A.V. in Circleville. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren; and other family and friends.	Victor was born December 30, 1922 and was the oldest living native of Amanda.
