Vincent Dale Koerselman, 14, son of Mr. and Mrs. Cornie Koerselman who farm four miles south of Highway 18 on the Orange City road, died early Tuesday at the Community hospital in Sioux Center after suffering injuries in an automobile accident. A highway patrolman said the car which the youth was driving evidently went out of control on a black top road near the community of Middleburg. Vincent died at 2:05 a.m., about four hours after being brought to the hospital. Survivors in addition to the parents include a sister, Phyllis, and two brothers, John and Gregory, and the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerrit Koerselman of Sioux Center. He was a sophomore at Sioux Center High school. Sioux County Index 1959-01-22.
