Survived by daughter, Karen (Ben) Spencer and son, Keith (Melody) Oatney, all of Columbus; granddaughter, Lura (Tom) Spencer of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren, Richard, Elizabeth, Shelby and Katelynne. A private graveside service was held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Lancaster. The family wishes to thank the staff at MCICU and the Cardiac Unit at Mt. Carmel Medical Center and a special thank you to the Pallative Care Unit. The family suggests contributions made in memory of Vi be directed to the Mt.
