The funeral service will be Thursday, October 27, 10:00 A.M. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Creston with Rev. Jim Ernst officiating. Interment will be in the Creston Fairview Cemetery. Viola was born April 10, 1920, in Grand Prairie Township, Platte County, Nebraska, to William and Amalia (Muth) Hellbusch. She grew up on a farm in the St. John’s Lutheran Church area where she also attended school. On January 30, 1946, Viola was united in marriage to Earl Weber at St. John’s Lutheran Church. They moved to Creston where they lived all their lives. Viola was a homemaker and a member of the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church where she was active in the altar guild. She enjoyed flowers, birds, gardening, and had a love for dogs. Viola also liked to bake, cook, and play cards.
