Description	:	Virginia "Ginger" Lea Cline, 38, of Westminster, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 1992, at the Carroll County General Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 30, 1954, at home in Garfield, she was the daughter of Leah Virginia Toms Cline of Garfield and the late Kenneth J. Cline, who died in 1960. She was a registered nurse, employed as a Utilization Review Coordinator at the Carroll County General Hospital, and prior to that had worked as a floor nurse on telemetry at the hospital. Read More	Virginia "Ginger" Lea Cline, 38, of Westminster, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 1992, at the Carroll County General Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 30, 1954, at home in Garfield, she was the daughter of Leah Virginia Toms Cline of Garfield and the late Kenneth J. Cline, who died in 1960. She was a registered nurse, employed as a Utilization Review Coordinator at the Carroll County General Hospital, and prior to that had worked as a floor nurse on telemetry at the hospital. She was a member of Garfield United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to her mother, are brothers Kenneth John Cline Jr., Donald Lee Cline and Robert Allen Cline, all of Garfield; sisters Eileen Mae Pease of Fort Wayne, Ind., Connie Lou Herd of Magnetic Springs, Ohio, Jan Elaine Funk of Myersville and Patricia Ann Kline of Garfield, special friend Peggy Garber; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bethel United Methodist Church, Foxville with the Rev. William Kerchevel officiating. Interment will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm.. Saturday at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, and from noon until time of services Sunday at the church. There will be a memorial service at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, Carroll County Unit, P.O.
