On June 27, 1987, married her beloved husband, Francis Roger "Ronnie" Buckler at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Leonardtown, MD. Together they celebrated 27 wonderful years of marriage. She enjoyed gardening, and favorite flowers were tulips and her beautiful iris. Also enjoyed luncheons with her sisters, eating hard crabs, and watching jeopardy and wheel of fortune. In addition to her husband, Wanda is also survived by her children, Aaron Patrick Buckler and Alex Nicholas Buckler, both of Leonardtown, MD; her siblings, Barbara McGill (Robert), James Thompson, Jr. (Joyce), Elaine Brooks, Jeanette Burroughs (Tommy), Susie Hall (Tommy), Dorothy Tardif, Ronnie Thompson (Sylvia), Kenny Thompson (Cheryl), Etta Battaglia (Bill) and Jay Thompson, all of MD; many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brother, the late Kenneth Michael Thompson. Family will receive friends for Wanda's Life Celebration on Friday, August 8th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with prayers recited at 7:00 p.m., at Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A., 22955 Hollywood, MD 20650. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. David Beaubien on Saturday, August 9th, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 22800 Washington Street, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown, MD. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenny Buckler, Roy Buckler, Chris Buckler, Kenny Thompson III, Kevin Thompson, Joseph Ronald Thompson, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Linda Gough, Faye Graves, Jay Mattingly, Jonathan Mattingly, Mock Mattingly, Linda Mattingly. Gift bearers will be Patty Buckler and Michelle Roberts. Memorial Contributions may be made to Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Department, P.O.
