Description	:	Waneta was born near Hastings, Iowa, the daughter of John Baldozier and Flossie Fleming Gregory Baldozier. When John and Flossie married they had both lost their first spouse and both had lost a child in their infancy. John had children Dale Jay Baldozier, Clark Henry Baldozier (twin), Mark Lewis Baldozier (twin) deceased, and Merritt Baldozier. Flossie had Iona M. Gregory, C. Read More	Waneta was born near Hastings, Iowa, the daughter of John Baldozier and Flossie Fleming Gregory Baldozier. When John and Flossie married they had both lost their first spouse and both had lost a child in their infancy. John had children Dale Jay Baldozier, Clark Henry Baldozier (twin), Mark Lewis Baldozier (twin) deceased, and Merritt Baldozier. Flossie had Iona M. Gregory, C. Lucille Gregory deceased, and Hazel Gladys Gregory. These were half-siblings to the two daughters John and Flossie had, Fern Alice Baldozier (Memorial #57128481) who married Russell James Fleming and Waneta Mae Baldozier. Flossie died on Feb. 13, 1920, the day Waneta was born, she had influenza and died from pneumonia. She left seven children without a mother. The two Gregory daughters left the Baldozier home, Ione was soon out on her own and Hazel lived with various members of her mother's family. Waneta was raised by her father's sister, Mira Ryan of Meadow Grove, Nebraska. Waneta married John L. Denson on Aug. 18, 1948. They were the parents of Linda, Mary and a son. Linda died in 1949 and Mary in 1950. Waneta was also preceded in death by her husband, John who died July 10, 1996. The son survives.
