Description	:	Funeral services for Wilfarene K. Werner, 79, of Creighton were held October 15, 1999 at St. Ludger Social Hall in Creighton. Monsignor Cyril Werner and Father Keith Rezac officiated the 10:30 a.m. service. Wilfarene Werner, daughter of Frank and Caroline Longbine Tyler was born May 22, 1920 at Naper. She graduated from Creighton High School in 1937 and then taught at schools in Antelope and Knox counties. On June 9, 1947 she married Cletus M. Werner at Creighton. They farmed in Antelope county, before moving to Creighton in 1978. She was employed for 15 years in the housekeeping department of Lundberg Memorial Hospital... They farmed in Antelope county, before moving to Creighton in 1978. She was employed for 15 years in the housekeeping department of Lundberg Memorial Hospital and later for the city of Creighton. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 1151. She died October 11, 1999 at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk following a brief illness at the age of seventy nine years. Survivors include her sons and wives, Jim and Pam and Dick and Doris of Norfolk; daughters and husbands, Cathie and Richard Fleming of Norfolk and Beth and Frank Flesner of Tilden; 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren and three sisters, Della Morlan of Winnetoon, Eva Klosner of Creighton and Clydine Hilkemann of Norfolk and a brother, Harold "Bud" Tyler of Oakdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cletus, her parents, two brothers and one sister. ...The Creighton News 20 Oct 1999
