Description	:	Wilhelmina Henrietta Keene Rose, 95, of Connersville, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, September 12, 2010 in Fishers, Indiana. She was born in Connersville on October 11, 1915, one of three daughters of William and Gertie Hollowell Keene and was a lifelong resident of Fayette County. Rose and they lived and farmed on the Parrott Homestead farm on South State Road 1 near her son until moving in September of 2006 to an assisted living facility in Fishers, IN to be closer to her daughter. She was a member of First United Methodist... Read More	Wilhelmina Henrietta Keene Rose, 95, of Connersville, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, September 12, 2010 in Fishers, Indiana. She was born in Connersville on October 11, 1915, one of three daughters of William and Gertie Hollowell Keene and was a lifelong resident of Fayette County. On December 31, 1941, she was married to Marvin P. Rose and they lived and farmed on the Parrott Homestead farm on South State Road 1 near her son until moving in September of 2006 to an assisted living facility in Fishers, IN to be closer to her daughter. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Fairfield Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. For many years, she was a clerk at White's Sale Barn in Brookville. Henrietta will be missed by her family, but we are so fortunate to have loved her for so many years. Survivors include a son, Joe Rose and wife, Lanie, of Connersville; a daughter, Sally Rose Fisher and husband, Tom, of Carmel, IN; a granddaughter, Jamie S. Grubbs and husband, Rick, of Fishers; a grandson, Garrick M. Rose and wife, Jamey, of Connersville; five great grandchildren, Madalyn T., Molly E.G., and Grant C. Rose and Logan C. and Emme K. Grubbs; her twin sister, Carolyn M. Rose, of Connersville; twelve nieces and nephews; and a sister in law, Mary Rebecca Rose Earnest, of Rushville, IN. Henrietta, her twin sister, and her sister, Fey, lived within fifteen miles of each other their entire lives until Henrietta moved to Fishers. At the time of their marriage in the early 40's, the "Keene" twins married first cousins and became the "Rose" twins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin P. Rose, who died June 2, 1997; a sister and brother in law, Fey and Eugene Charles; and a brother in law and sister in law, Howard and Rebert Moulton. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Phil Mitchell at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home, where friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County Foundation.
