Read More	Minnie Heimlich Dies at Reynolds REYNOLDS, Aug. 14. -- (Special) -- Mrs. Minnie Heimlich, 74, wife of John Heimlich, died at her home here this morning at 8:25 o'clock, following a stroke of paralysis which occurred last Saturday. She had been seriously ill for several weeks. Born Aug. 5, 1862, in Reynolds, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Erdmann and was married to John Heimlich on May 8, 1889. Mrs. Heimlich was a prominent local woman, having lived here all her life. She was a member of St. James Lutheran church and the Ladies Aid society. Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters, Hilda and Frieda, at home; two sons, Waldemar, of Monon, and Clemens, of Reynolds; and four grandchildren. Short funeral services will be held from the family home here Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, followed by another service to be conducted from the St. James Lutheran church at 2:30 o'clock, with the Rev. Herbert Petrich officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery, southwest of here. Obituary published in the Journal and Courier (Lafayette, IN), on Saturday, August 15, 1936, pg. 2. ~~~ FUNERAL HELD Funeral services for Mrs. John Heimlich were held Sunday afternoon at St. James Lutheran church and were largely attended. Rev. Herbert Petrich officiated and burial was made in the Lutheran cemetery. Dr. and Mrs. C. W. Dahling and family, of New Haven; Mr. and Mrs. George Heimlich, Edwin Heimlich, Charles Heimlich, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schkofskee, Mrs. Crook and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meyer of Logansport; Mrs. Sarah Heimlich, Mrs. Charles Heimlich, Fred Heimlich, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Berkenpas, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Werner, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lange, Miss Rose Younker and Mrs. Elizabeth Pfeiffer of Lafayette; Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Smith, Gary; Jack Chaffee, Hammond; Mrs. Bessie White and Mr. and Mrs. John Buss of Monticello; Mrs. Maude Orr and Mrs. Harriet Benson, of Monon, and Miss Matilda Werner, of Philadelphia.
