Description	:	Thanks to contributor #48317562 Willard W. Bierman, 65, of Columbus, died Monday, March 6, 1989 at Millard Good Samaritan Center in Omaha. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Bonaventure Church with the Rev. Austin Albers, the Rev. Ed Scdoris and the Rev. Albin Sueper officiating. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Wednesday at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus. There will be a 7:30 p.m. rosary Wednesday at the funeral home. There will be a 7:30 p.m. rosary Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Bierman was born March 13, 1923 in Lindsay, the son of John and Clara (Schaefer) Bierman. He attended St. Bernard School and married Mary F. Ruzicka on April 23, 1945 at Holy Family Church in Lindsay. Mr. Bierman lived in Lindsay and Sidney before moving to Columbus in 1949. He was a tool and die worker at Behlen Manufacturing Co. in Columbus for 37 years, until retiring in 1982. Mr. Bierman was an associate member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3704 and a member of St. Bonaventure Church. Surviving are his wife, Mary of Columbus; three sons, Bob and Tom of Columbus and Don of Gretna; one daughter, Bonnie (Mrs. Jay) Torczon of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Gene of Columbus and Cyril of Cincinnati, Ohio; four sisters, Delores (Mrs. Walter) Albracht of Lindsay, Imelda (Mrs. Fritz) Loeffler of Columbus, Bernice (Mrs. Ben) Syslo of Fullerton and Elaine (Mrs. Joe) Konwinski of Silver Creek. He was preceded in death by one infant brother and one infant son.
