Description	:	AMERICUS NOTES Friday evening it was reported in town that William Loy was much better and in a fair way to recovery. After mailing our notes Saturday morning, judge of surprise upon learning that he had departed this life about eleven o'clock Friday morning. Mr. Loy was an old settler of this place, generous and kind always cheerful and pleasant. He will be greatly missed by his many friends and relatives here, yet they have a hope of meeting him in an eternal home not made with hands.
