Description	:	William Bruce Norman, age 71, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville, following a brief illness. Born in Gaston County, NC on March 27, 1942, he was the son of the late Grover and Nell Lawing Norman. Bruce was owner/operator of Norman's Meat Processing in Pleasant Gardens. He is survived by one son, Kenneth Norman and his wife Kristi and two grandchildren, Dakota and Lauran Norman. At the request of Bruce, a private graveside service was held at Round Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Mills.
