He moved to Seward County in the year 1880 where he has spent most of his life since. In February 1895 he was united in marriage to Lola B. Snodgrass. Read More	William Corrothers Killip Obit William Corrothers Killip was born in Warren County, IL, Dec 23, 1872 and departed this life November 25, 1945 at the age of 73 years 11 months and 2 days. He moved to Seward County in the year 1880 where he has spent most of his life since. In February 1895 he was united in marriage to Lola B. Snodgrass. His wife preeded him in death on January 11 of this year. He leaves to mourn his loss one sister, Jennie of Washingotn and three brothers, George of Ravenna, Nebr., Roy of Fairfield, Montana and Robert T. Killip of Beaver Crossing and many other relatives and a host of friends. The Funeral services were held in the Methodist church at Beaver Crossing on Wednesday, November 28 at 2 o'clock, Rev. E. W. Price officiating. Three hymns "Home Eternal", "Jesus Lover of My Soul", "He leadeth me" were sung by Mrs. Mark Whitnah and Mrs. E. W. Price. Burial was in the Beaver Crossing cemetery. Pall bearers were Otto Hampp, L C Utterback, Grant Clark, Robert Ferguson, Cyril Wilson, and Chas Findley.
