Bill graduated from Page County High School in 1982 and received his Associates Degree from TNCC. He was a graduate of the Newport News Apprentice School and worked as a Senior Structural Designer at the NNSY for over 31 years. He was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shenandoah, VA. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was an incredible artist. He was a real outdoor enthusiast and spent many hours mountain biking or walking the Noland Trail. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Elwood and Marianne Rinaca. He is survived by his devoted sisters, Carolyn and Diane Rinaca; his aunts, Jean Rinaca and Lois Keyser; his uncle, Unis Rinaca; and his many friends he considered family, Kathy and Feryl, Karl and Karen, JoAnne and Jeff, Joanie and Dennis, Kelly and Michelle, Natasha and Johnny, Tonya, Debbie, his co-workers and his biking buddies. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Bill's life will take place on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2016 at Weymouth Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place at a later date in St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery, Shenandoah, VA. Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home. Published in Daily Press on Oct. 5, 2016. Abridged
