Description	:	Mr. Wm. E. Ennis died at his father's house in Shelbyvllle, on Thursday, the 26th ult., of Rheumatism, aged about 25 years. On Saturday the last rites were performed and Rev. Rush delivered an impressive discourse from 1st Corinthians 15th chapter, 26th verse, "The last enemy that shall he destroyed is death." With more than ordinary emotion we note the decease of our young friend, Will. He possessed in an eminent degree those sterling qualities of heart and mind which endeared him to family and friends. With more than ordinary emotion we note the decease of our young friend, Will. He possessed in an eminent degree those sterling qualities of heart and mind which endeared him to family and friends. Intelligent, shrewd, generous, frank, outspoken and true to word and promise he was well fitted for an honorable and useful life. He was severely afflicted for years and often intensely, but endured with surprising fortitude. Finally his disease touched the heart and captured the citadel of life, and he has left us with the consolation that death as an enemy is destroyed and is merely the usher to introduce the traveller (sic) to a new existence infinite in capacity, enjoyment and continuance.
