Bill was a former owner of Rosenberger's Market from 1964 to 1994, and enjoyed sharing his quit-wit as the local butcher. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, growing apples and making cider. On Friday, September 2, 2016 at the age of 82, Bill passed away at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, September 5, 2016 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. Rosary will be recited at 3:15. Father Sean Danda will officiate the Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church. Burial with military honors provided by the Bernard Hurst Post #77 Brookville American Legion, will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to St. Michael School, Franklin County EMS or Franklin County Humane Society.
