Death was following a period of declining health. Bill was born February 17, 1935 at Belington, WV a son of the late Dorsey Lee and Hazel Leona Ramsey Robinson. On September 13, 1954 he was united in marriage to the former Barbara Jean England who survives at their home in Ohio. In addition to his wife he is survived by one son; Rodney Robinson of Beavercreek, Ohio, three siblings; Sandy Hill of Belington, Carolyn Ketterman of Winchester, Virginia, and Pete Robinson of North Carolina, three grandchildren; Rodney Robinson Jr. of Indiana, Katie Robinson and Kelly Robinson both of Beaver Creek, Ohio. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three siblings; Monk Robinson, Bonnie Robinson, and Kenneth Robinson. Bill was a 1953 graduate of the Belington High school and attended Salem University. He was a Protestant by faith and belonged to the Masonic Lodge of Beavercreek, Ohio. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as an Electronic Technician from which he retired. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A private family visitation will be held at the Talbott Funeral home on Saturday May 2, 2020. A graveside service to follow in the Sugar Creek Cemetery near Belington, with the presentation of the American flag being accorded by the United States Air Force and Masonic Ritualistic service will also be conducted. The Rev. Jimmie E. Tallman will officiate. Interment will follow.
