It fits the dead man, Sweeney said. Mrs. Bowen plans to have the body returned to Davenport for burial, the police chief said. The man, whose body was buried in an unmarked grave in Riverview cemetery Monday, was first believed to be Mr. Bowen when a social security card bearing that name was found among his belongings in a room at a Montana avenue hotel where he registered April 20.
