He was a good husband, father, son, brother and uncle. Uncle Bill married Alta Vanderveen in Twin Falls Idaho on April 3, 1917. The minister was his own Uncle Joel Hammons. He was the father of 6 children. Wilma, Ila, Bobby, Edna, Marnell and Ronald. Bobby and Ronald preceeded him in death. Cause of death: Cancer in left lung.
